vubicle Launch workspace
A tired office worker, seen from behind, stares at a hole broken through his cubicle wall. A violet galaxy pours through it, carrying pencils, compasses, element tiles and the symbols pi and sigma.

Break through the routine. Drop in your slides, readings and notes, then study with AI that answers only from them and shows you the page.

Launch workspace

Free. No account. Your files stay in your browser.

Virtual cubicle.
Boundless mind.

From a pile of files
to one desk

Make a cubicle for each course. Everything you add to it becomes something you can search, question and quiz yourself on.

  1. Drop

PDFs, PowerPoint, Word files and typed notes. They are read in your browser, page by page.

  2. Index

Each page is cut into short passages and indexed, so the right one turns up for every question.

  3. Study

Chat, flashcards, quizzes and a tutor work from those passages and cite the slide or page.

Answers with a page number

A general chatbot fills gaps with guesses. Vubicle searches your material first, answers from what it finds, and links each claim to its slide or page. If your notes do not cover a question, it tells you.

Try the search

This runs the same passage search the workspace uses, on a sample lecture, right in this page. No AI call, nothing sent.

One desk,
every tool

Chat with citations
Ask anything about the course. Each answer links to the passage it came from, and you can open it in place.
Flashcards
Made from your material or written by you, then scheduled to come back right before you would forget them.
Practice quizzes
Multiple choice and short answer, with instant feedback, partial credit and a link to the source. Saved for retakes.
Tutor mode
The tutor asks one question at a time, checks your answer against the notes and gives hints before answers.
Concept map
See how the topics in a course connect. Pick one to read its passages or turn it into cards.
Deadlines
Pulls exam and assignment dates and weights out of the syllabus into a list you can edit and add to your calendar.
Focus timer
A Pomodoro timer that sits on the desk while you work.

Plain answers

Where do my files go?

They are read and stored in your browser. To answer a question, only the passages that match it are sent to Google Gemini, or to Groq when Gemini is busy.

Can Google or Groq see my notes?

They see the passages sent with each request. Free tiers may use that text to improve their services, so do not upload anything confidential.

Does it cost anything?

No. Vubicle runs on free tiers. When they are busy, you wait in a short line with a countdown instead of seeing an error.

Do I need an account?

No. Your cubicles live in this browser. Export one to a file to move it to another computer or keep a backup.

Which files work?

PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), Word (.docx) and typed notes. Save old .ppt and .doc files in the newer format first. Scanned PDFs need text recognition before they can be read.

What if my notes do not cover it?

Vubicle says so. It answers from your material, not from what the model happens to know.

Start with a subject

Your course is waiting on the other side of the wall. Open your first cubicle and add a lecture.

Any subject works. These three just come with their own art.
